Submitting a form, sending WhatsApp messages, emailing documents, or speaking with Focus Point PM does not automatically create a confirmed paid engagement. A service relationship begins only when scope, fees, responsibilities, and commercial terms are agreed in writing.

Any timelines, cost ranges, approval routes, or document lists shown on this website are provided for general planning. Authority requirements can change and project-specific factors may affect review cycles, fees, inspections, resubmissions, and final approval outcomes.

Focus Point PM can support preparation, coordination, and follow-up, but final authority decisions remain with the relevant government body, master developer, utility provider, reviewer, or approving entity.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, valid authorizations, current drawings, consultant details, trade licenses, method statements, safety documents, and any other evidence required for review or submission.

If information is incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or not authorized for sharing, the scope, timeline, fee estimate, or ability to progress the matter may change.

Website estimates are indicative unless expressly confirmed in a written proposal. Government fees, security deposits, consultant fees, third-party survey costs, document production fees, penalties, and urgent handling charges may be charged separately where applicable.

We handle client project material as business confidential and use it for the requested review or agreed service. Clients must ensure they have the right to share all files and that documents do not breach third-party confidentiality, intellectual property, or authority restrictions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Focus Point PM is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, project delay, authority refusal, third-party platform failure, or consequences arising from inaccurate client information or changes in authority requirements.
